(1-2 g) in 1.5 cup of boiling water for 3-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Take no more than 1-3 times per day, or as instructed by a qualified Doctor or Ayurvedic Practitioner. Do not take when pregnant. May increase vata in excess. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Many herbs which promote cleansing have a strong flavor. We recommend adding a spoon of honey to this tea. Ayurveda recommends raw, local honey to help enhance the properties of herbs to promote natural cleansing in the body.
