(0.5 g) in 1.5 cup of boiling water for 3-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy. To support restful sleep 1-1.5 tsp. (1-2 g) may be taken one hour before bedtime prepared with water or milk. Take no more than 1-3 times per day, or as instructed by a qualified Doctor or Ayurvedic Practitioner. May increase drowsiness and kapha in excess.
